Well the ML knows the truth since long long ago he noticed, the MC just realized after that phone call slip up that he was exposed. So yeah now both of them know.
I’ve read the chapter twice but i still didn’t get what actually happened with the phone call xDD
You know how when ML was drunk and MC went to him, I don't remember clearly but ML inconsciently said that he was having nightmares of hajin's death in the car accident. At that point ML already had his suspicions. MC thinking that he was drunk and won't remember anything told him to let it go and live free of him. At that point his suspicions were confirmed 'cuz he remembered. As for MC's phone call he asked him if he still have dreams about him and he said yes. This made MC realize that he remembered what happened the other day and they both know the secret.
