Weeell, there is always Seven Days? I also really enjoyed "Shinpu-sama No Kyuuketsuki" and "Kocchi Muite, Ai" (I remember the last one as slow paced - at least they didn't like eachother to begin with)

Hana wa Saku ka is slow paced and pretty long. Really lovely manga.
SO GOOD can anyone recommend similar manga with a slow pace where they dont like each other in the beginning but slowly fall for each other
