aaaah it's a really long spoiler but it was so fucked up, I'd rather have this anticlimactic ending with everyone happy rather than the end in those spoilers,
The second part is basically abt how eddie didn’t kill MC, it was the duke who was “blamed” for it. Eddie actually has this rlly weird obsession with MC and rapes anybody who looks like him…
In the novel he almost immediately realizes MC is leo or wtv, and then tries to rape him after confessing hes loved and lusted him from the very start.
He also kills his own sons(who was shiraks friend) so that MC can become the king of strauss again without any interference. The novel ends with him dying from a sickenss or smth and MC becomes king of his home country
literally can't with that ending, Shirak finally had a friend and was killed all because of his obsession ヽ(`Д´)ﾉ
