i think they meant why Sihyeons is talking about it to Daejun if they havent revealed it
As in Sihyeon (Hajin) knows that Daejun figured out his identity? If you referred to the previous phone call, it's like he impulsively did that. He was having panic attack and anxious about his identity (since Sihyeon's memories returned), implying he was afraid of forgetting Daejun. It's not a situation where he could think clearly. I hope this makes sense
