It's referencing chapter 56; Inseob goes to CEO Kim's office to quit his job and Wooyeon is also there to tell the CEO something, when they both say they have to tell him something, he jokingly asks them if they've come to tell him they're dating, and Wooyeon replies if that ever happens, he'd call him father.
