I figured due to him not being human he grew unnaturally fast but that’s a theory based off the raws that I cannot read. For all I know they could reveal in the next few chapters that it started 30 years ago and only now effected their area lol
Considering the powers he has it is possible he grew at a quicker/ accelerated rate.
I’m so confused thoughhh. I thought the outbreak happened when they were already grown…
