leewon does put a hit on him but its not really like that. Since someone (dimitri) put a hit on leewon, leewon put a hit on caesar and its more of like "If u die, I die" rather than giving him a warning for what he did to vlad. (I hope this makes sense Im rlly bad at explaining things )
