kwak suhwan's parents r rivers of the garden of eden and sacrificed Dr.Seok's body to create the perfect mutant which is Kwak suhwan. Dr.Seok is the serpent's half brother they share the same mom and the serpent's dad is Wonho, Dr.Oh's colleague that got killed by the government for being a rebel who is also a river of the garden of eden. Dr.Seok's mom's death was orchestrated all to get him back to jeju island so the government can cut off contact between him and Dr.Oh. And it was orchestrated by Dr.seok's dad who is actually the second master the entire time.
Kwak Suhwan was supposed to be taken tot he garden of eden but Dr.Oh got to him first and he joined Rainbow city.
