I don't think he's a red flag I think he's a grey to black flag....I feel like he would do anything for her at the drop of a pin but we still don't know what his "no heart" entails could he go into a fih of rage just as much as he "loves" her?

You worded it better than me but yeah to me he's more of a grey flag than anything he is straight up danger and since he has no literal heart that works he can't feel feelings like normal humans but he seems to be obsessed with fl so he would do anything for her plus she can heal him and return him to human.
