Is she still a child?

if i remember correcly tia alredy have a coming of age ceremoni and loreline (the one who ran away) is similar age to tia so i think both of girl is alredy grow up (their age can be 16~18)

I remember reading that Lorraine is "4 years senior" to tia, so I guess lorraine is 22 coz tia just turned 18.
