His name is Arthur Bryan. He was one of the students of the World Awakeners Academy to go to Korea and was an opponent to Jisuk in spar battle which ended up as a draw match. He was also one of the students to welcome Jiwoo and the others to the World Awakeners Academy and started to hang out with them. Then he lost his arm to Duke Graine in a battle with the Frame's rookies. He then warned Jiwoo of Duke's growth. In conclusion, he had a character development and became friends with Jiwoo and the other kids.
Yes, he lost his arm to Duke after they found out that Duke is a traitor. The Frame had a competition with the World Awakeners’ students and Duke told the Frame’s disciples all of the World Awakeners’ abilities.
He’s the one that fought with Jisuk when the World Awakeners were trying to keep tabs on South Korea and they send their students to fight with other countries. That match was a tie btw.
