If you read Kaguya you notice he isn't into that at all, thats why I knew he wasn't going to take the incest route, but the fanbase twisted everything and focused solely on that whennit was just a very small part and a gag, Aqua was always firm with feeling 0 attraction to Ruby.

On the other hand, dude is really bad at keeping the initial interest, his mangas always get depressive and weird around the half.

It bothered me so much how they pretty much normalize that stuff, the kiss and ruby’s obsession, I hate incest trope especially with twins, it’s still weird, and the way the manga acts like age gaps are normal with Akane Telling ruby “it’s okay if the man you want to marry is like 40 or 50 and your 16, if it’s true love it’s okay” is such a horrible thing to say and act like it’s normal what the gel are they teaching anyone with that?

Is not telling you is okay, it just gives you the situation but the characters have different opinions about it, with Ruby, some take it as an unserious joke (Memcho) and others are disgusted because is wrong (Kana) and the actual characters (Aqua) doesn't pay much attention because he only sees her as his sister and sometimes as Sarina. It depends on how you, as a reader, intepret it, but canonically it was never meant to be okay and wasn't even much focus over it.
About Akane I don't remember that honestly, but a lot of characters talk about girls dating older guys, in and out of the industry, but is mostly on the negative side, remember what almost happened to Kana and even Hikaru.
To me, the manga shows you that this stuff happens and theres people that think is normal, but that doesn't make it Okay, and even show how it affects the victims or how vulnerable child actors are.

Yeah, I think I hated the manga a lot more when she said it because I really liked her :/ many of the characters are grey which is good but I still feel so annoyed by many of the characters casually doing fucked up stuff, I feel like it could have been treated WAYYY better if the author kept there weirdness out of it or take it more seriously with that stuff
