Oh i get what you mean.just last night my sister and i talked about how growing up in constant survival mode affected us as adults and how it becane hard to genuinely dream for what we want, not what we need for to survive (which we got used to). Sometimes, dreaming is even a luxury cause we have to be practical growing up and prioritize earning to survive
Ohh idk why I'm tearing up not choosing when to be an adult and not depending on others kinda hit a little. Growing up in a single parent household that was kinda poor I didn't have the privilege to complain and throw tantrums.
