I seriously believe Guwon is some sort of the undead/the corpse that come back to live. Maybe he died from a human experiment thus explained the stiches. Unlike other undead, he might either gained intelligance or remembered some of his past life etc but never fully understand anything.
But ehh I'm not really familiar with this author so I can't theorize much. Can't wait for more of what to comeee.
