I think because it's the reality in some places :") there has been similar issue in my country months ago, a doctor themself because of bullying. Because of that many known doctors made videos about how toxic the work environment on tiktok, they straight up bullied new doctors
pretty good but sigh ofc these medical manhwas always have one common ground, which is superiority complex, hierarchy, work bullying and straight up jealously LOL
