I think they were thief's I don't remember one of them was holding some civilian hostage and Karas told him to ho ahead and kill him, then he turned around and killed a random guy WHO HELPED HIM (Karas asked him for love advice) he also then said he would kill somone else if, if the thief didn't kill the person the thief was holding.


He also went and killed a whole family for information and Able had to hide the baby so Karas wouldn't kill him

And it gets worse from there
