nah, you're not the only one ^^ I go through phases, so I started with shounen, shoujo seemed boring, so when I discovered yaoi, I was reading only yaoi for months if not years ;) until it became boring, because I've read most of the tropes available, so then I found some interesting shoujo and josei, then I went into shounen isekai, then villainess and romance isekai and now I'm in general isekai/time reversal/transmigration area :P

Same with me. I just feel like straight romances when it comes to manga and webtoons don't have nearly enough options. Like bland, either super sexist, or boring plot. There are a couple that are great. But I feel like BL just has so many more heartfelt stories. I personally feel like BL is just shoujo 2.0. But I mean there are also some BL that have just as many issues. You aren't alone though. BL for life (๑•ㅂ•)و✧

Exactly! Bl is the Grace from above I find the stories that vary from heart wrenching to pure fluff overload.
That being said I agree straight romance lack and I desperately need more that actually hit

If you are straight woman, and you ONLY read BL, it’s weird, not gonna lie. Idk how some of you stick to one genre I would get bored.

I’m kind of the same, but I’m different from the rest of you because when I say this, I mean heaven officials blessing I have never read a straight romance anything like it or as good as it.

Nobody should be judging anyone here. We all have preferences. Some people will only read Shounen, some only shoujo. I read everything but BL is my go to 90% of the time. I mean this website is a godsend for having such an amazing selection. And obviously most of us here are BL lovers I mean have you not seen the home page? BL takes over the majority of this site. Half a year ago I started branching off from BL to more of straight reincarnation and isekai webtoons. But recently they haven't been satisfying me and now I'm right back to BL which never gets old.
