Like (no hate to you just a lil rant) what was the point in having the ml r*pe the mc… what was the point? Makes me so annoyed authors put r*pe in their stories just for plot or just cuz…
I haven't read but the spoiler I've seen about the scene is that:
The male lead was drugged and that's why he rapes the mc. And that then affects their dynamic. So like yeah-

It’s to make him look sweet when he rejects the uke for sex bc he feels guilty and doesn’t want to hurt him. I’ve seen this theme in more straight stories than gay stories but it’s the same theme in the end.
