I can't remember the name of this particular manga nor can I find it in my saves so if anyone can find it based on my description, please let me know.
From what I remember: -The main character has big hair like it was basically an Afro -The first arc focused on him helping the police find out about a crime regarding a kid who crashed a car. This actually gives him a good reputation with the police and they often consult him for advice and help afterward -The second arc was about him and a bunch of other people getting bus-jacked and held captive in a mansion
