Did the pianist guy (i am not sure which one is our mc at this point, but seems to me the top is more of a mc) have a recollection of those events later in the novel?
so far no he hasn't, I haven't finished the novel yet but when I do I can let you know if he remembers or not

I finally found it, the flashback related to what happened to Moon and the Professor as well as the lead up to chapter 25 in the manhwa starts at chapter 38 in the novel and goes to chapter 53, the flashback is much longer and more detailed in the novel btw. Also the novel is far more interesting so far, I find the manhwa to be a bit dry at times.
Update: the second half of the novel is far more interesting then the first half, also the ML is crazy crazy but I like were his loyalty is directed
