Not a site but there's an app called mihon

mihon, tachiyomisy, kotatsu, neko, mangayomi, miru, kuukiyomi, aniyomi

not sure if the apps can be downloaded on apple since, as far as i know, they could only be downloaded on android before. but i heard they allow it now, not sure.
