On-going stories problem

Reading a lot of stories, I get confused about the flow a lot because I also read and do irl stuff. However, the story flowed better when I binged read this. It really affects how you view the story when you don't read it in one go. I've dropped a lot of ongoing story because of this, and picked it up again when it was completed.

Besides the ML everyone is talking about, the one I'm more curious about is if this was all a delusion she created in her mind while she's in coma or she really died and reincarnated. It really edged me? Authors intention I guess? I know abuse isn't just like that in the real world. But this is legit a fictional story, I'm not expecting REALISTIC stuff. MC former life parents could have a side to them as well, seeing how they're still visiting her despite leaving her alone to die? Or they're just fucking fucked up in the head and sadistic to the point they want her to live so they can abuse her. I felt pity for MC's thoughts before she got in that world which I can't say yet if it was reincarnation or not. I'd die if we get a good ending, and then she gets better and realizes this was all a delusion she created in her head to cope with her shitty family if someone knows the spoilers let me know

I'm glad to know that the story flows better when reading in one go. I've just been reading as the chapters come put and right now the story's flow feels jilted and it's annoying me a little lol

It does feel like that since a lot of memories about the story and its detailed will be forgotten, I dropped a lot of books with the same reason. The character development isn't developing well or there are too much olot holes. However, the books I said I read before complete took me 2-4 years before they are completed and I picked them up again
