You're wrong about the wife. Phileo has never been married or in a relationship. The black haired woman that died was his cousin (Leo's biological mom).
yea i think i got that fact mixed up with another story I'm reading. I guess he still hasn't met the heroine yet?
of course in that case it means her biological dad might still be alive since he's supposed to kill the heroine, but if the heroine hasn't appeared in the story yet then that means he might still appear later to kill her (or try to?), i guess?

Leo's biological father (Remus Auror) is the brother in law to the emperor and is the reason Phileo is a widower since he killed Phileo's (MC of story) deceased wife (heroine of story)? Making him the true villain of the story?
