Seems dumb to read something you hate though.

I mean I said it was gonna be garbage and people fight me on it so I decided to keep myself updated to be able to say I told you so with full receipts ╮(￣▽￣)╭

I think it depends ╮(￣▽￣)╭ Personally I feel like I still get value out of this webtoon. As a writer I get to figure out and articulate precisely how and why the writing works and how and why it fails for me (and others). I te to think through how I’d go about making the story stronger as is or what I’d totally change about it. I also get to chat with my friends about it, as well as people in these comments, and see their perspectives on it, which is fun and interesting to me (harrowing sometimes though, lmfao). I even ended up going and rereading webtoons I hadn’t touched in a while and reading whole new webtoons I probably wouldn’t have bothered with, not just to see how they held up on their own, but also, of course, to see how they compared to Jinx.

So, idk, I’ll keep coming back and reading it. I don’t think I hate the webtoon so much as I hate a certain subsect of its readers. I’m still curious about how it’ll end ╮(￣▽￣)╭

I mean I can quote all of twilight from repeated hate watching. I just want to see how this ends and if jaekyung will pay for his crimes (he won’t)

I just think that people who say they hate it yet continue reading don't really hate it. If someone truly hated something they wouldn't want anything to do with it. If you read it you WANT to read it. No one is forcing anybody to read it. Like you said, we all know the ending already. They'll end up together. I feel like it's dumb to say you hate something but continue doing what you "hate".

I know they’ll end up together but I want to know HOW. Because it’s entertaining. But thinking something is entertaining doesn’t mean I like it. I can hate something entertaining. Going back to my twilight analogy I think twilight is entertaining to hate watch. Trying to like it and take it for serious sucks all the entertainment out of it.
