as for the hajoon guy, hes a crazy bastard. he wants to see jitae's downfall. (reason? idk hes just crazy)
jitae is basically cooking up a plan to make all of these bastards pay (u go king) but idk if he's doubting mieum. he thinks he'll up and leave but i dont see why he should be even thinking like this in the first place.
why is hajoon involved you may ask? well its bcs soryeon paid(?) or told him to kill jitae's mom (kinda fucked up cs hajoon is jitae's childhood friend) but he didnt do it, so soryeon killed her instead. there's polices at hajoon's place bcs the of the drugs he has. thats the article of the guy driving under influence, i think he fessed up. but soryeon thinks hajoon told jitae abt jian not being legitimate son fit for the taking over of the company. he's basically some other bastard's son. thats why she's done covering up for him so now hajoon is going to jitae to expose her secrets but again jitae already knows everything

She didn’t want Jitae to lose focus (seeking revenge for his mother’s death) because she knew Mieum is his weakness/soft spot and that he could make him lose track. She loved Jitae’s mother and wants the people responsible for her unnie’s death to get what they deserve and only Jitae can do that, but he has to stay focused (according to the auntie)

mieum is trying to pay off his dad's debt. mieum has already met jitae before but bcs his dad was paid to kill jitae. he got hit and suffered from memory loss. soryeon is jian's mom and jitae's stepmom, she's very obsessive with power (reason? idk) she killed jitae's mom and paid mieum's dad for jitae's killing. jitae's grandfather (owner of the company) knows that soryeon killed jitae's mom but because they didn't want any dirt on the company name, they covered the whole story up, making everyone believe that it was suicide instead of murder. but jitae already knows abt all this, so he blackmailed the old man saying that he'll leak the info abt soryeon and how the company tried to cover it up. now im starting to think that the debt mieum's dad had was all fake?? to lure mieum in and make him meet jitae so that jitae starts making a move(?) and also he's got a weakness (mieum) now so idk what they're gonna do abt that.
