I’ve only read until chapter 21 so far but why do authors make characters so stupid?! It frustrates me when you have a character go towards something they should be running from like the guy at the train station and the idiot guy at the cult location. The guard was the only smart one who wanted to leave and call others to investigate that secret room. People over here dying due to sheer stupidity. It’s like those people in horror movies who run up the stairs instead of out the house or characters who have no weapons but wanna see what the mystery is about.
