That's how the translator wrote it. In Korean pronouns generally aren't used. They rely on context to specify the person, so in the original Korean there'd be no "he".
in CH26 there wasn't anything interesting but I have a question, in these chapter the person with black hair was a guy or girl? hahaha don't judge my intelligence or my character I really didn't understood
