I think not because back in college he had a girlfriend but we aren’t really sure. Being on the receiver end (bottom) maybe yes, Seheon (Top) is his first.

Seems not. It's not even addressed, if I remember correctly. Uke thinks seme's a playboy at the beginning but while working for seme, he realizes that seme just works ALL THE TIME. All work, no play basically.
