I don't get it, surely there's a spectrum of assault in a dark toxic romance?? Well, even if I'm wrong, tags are pretty evident here, some peeps, most minors tend to attack people in their comment. That's at least from what I've seen a lot of times. Critiques are fine, or whether they dislike it but the amount of people I see that'd include phrases like, "Go kill yourselves for liking this bullshit" is immense, it's no wonder that many are sick of their behavior tbh. Personally, I tend to avoid commenting on those but it gets annoying to constantly see em spout hate speech everywhere, especially in short stories like this.

OK? İ don't personally think you should kys for liking this but there isn't a lick of romance in this story... Sure "dark romance" can have more mature and explicit scenes but there needs to be at least a little reciprocation of feelings... Or it's just assault rape and kidnapping, come on now you can't call any of that "romantic" .

Alright, excluding the romantic factor from this manwha. Personally, story-wise, it's not often a prosecutor and gang thugs be partnered (semexuke) in a manwha. Perhaps, I'm simply not updated with the newest releases these few years. it's actually interesting, be it there's assault, kidnapping, or rape, demonstrating a one-sided interest towards the prosecutor with a sort of possessivenes adds so much to the character. There's not much to the plot given its short chapters but, had this been ongoing, it would've made it such an investment, personally ofc.
The people complaining about the rape do rather confuse me. I get that it’s a heavy topic, not the most pleasant read even for me, but unless they didn’t read the prologue, I don’t get why they’re upset about it. It’s rather heavily implied in the prologue that there would be sa, but they saw that and continued to read regardless. Why whine about it when you knew it was going to be there? It’s not like you’re being forced to read it.
Aside from that, I think this could’ve had a lot of potential if it was longer, but I get it was just a short story. I absolutely love eeej’s art, it’s always so visually appealing.
