Usually, in yaoi manga, the child chooses the father most of the time but it really depends on the mangaka's course of action... not to mention its a completed manga QAQ
Nah, the new dad seems super sweet and reliable. Considering how friendly the mom is with Shuu I would guess that Chi is able to go visit whenever and there wont be any awkward feelings. I'm actually surprised at how well handled the divorce situation was.
I love the story and everything. But am I the only one worried that Chii might be taken away from him? Despite not being Chii's biological father, it still showed how much he loved her in the little things he does. And Chii seems to be attached to him as well, not to mention I don't trust that ex-wife's boyfriend one bit lol. I couldn't stop thinking about it ever since they showed the ex-wife.
