No introvert voices their thoughts tho that's the whole point of being introverted,we just think our thoughts and keep them to ourselves
he probably just gets anxiety... its normal when you expierencr trauma and all that other stuff that happened to him.. its just overthinking a lot and i can relate to his actions

I take it as "thats the way he was raised", he probably never had the type of friends Ash had, and never even had jokes and banter in the wat they have. Instead, the had a very strict family dinamic, aristocratic "parties" and no time at all to be fun or unserious.
Also Im an introvert so i kinda understand if youre not 100% secure in how to interact with the group, and start feeling doubt, you are gonna suffer soooo much internally. And he knows voicing them to ash WHILE their friends are there is not an option.
Yeah i kinda get your point, but i once was an introvert, no experience with people my age, had not that much of friends, always overthinking stuff, situations that hadn’t even happened yet, always getting anxiety from my own thoughts and couldn’t bring myself to talk about them cuz i always felt they were pointless and unnecessary for people to know (cuz they probably were), until i met a group of people that i felt i could be just myself, now i look back on how i used to be and i get embarrassed of myself lol
I’m so glad that no one is taking my comment to heart and actually explaining what it feels like to be an introvert. I never really had insight of how you guys felt lol. And when you explain it like this it makes a lot of sense and also makes me feel kind of bad for lyle
And that’s so crazy to me because I literally get frustrated/ mad when I can’t express or voice my opinion to others. I can not Not express myself especially when I’m upset/mad/uncomfortable and I think that’s why Lyle’s character can feel suffocating to me lol. But thanks for the introvert perspective, I’m going to have to be more observant and considerate of my introvert friends
didn't expect to see a lot of 'down-likes' considering you actually have a point and it's valid you don't fw. we've reached 100 chapters & you'd think he has developed(change) that characteristic of him but for me, i accepted that he's just like that + growing up with no jokes then, you're an introvert just look at him, he also thinks he's a stick in the mud.
it's not that it really needs development always. it's just, commonly they'd change that. but well, this is lyle's first time with all his friends

Idk if it’s because I’m an extrovert, but Karlyle is such a stick in the muddddd and seeing him act like this is so tiring. Like damn you’re a grown man not some faint of heart damsel in distress. He’s always so overly conscious and guarded that even his interactions with Ash seem awkward and ingenuous. Maybe I hate the fact that he never voices these thoughts that only we read…It’s so frustrating ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
