Does anyone know what the title of this BL is that has this crazy scene?

I read this a long time ago so I don't remember too much, but what I do remember is that the seme applies "lube" to the butt of the uke, except it's not lube. Rather, it's a type of vegetable (I believe it's called a butternut squash?) That he grinds into a paste and without telling the uke, puts it in him. When skin touches this vegetable, it can cause extreme itchiness, this causes the uke to become really sensitive and then later the seme.

I cannot for the life of me remember what the plot of the bl was or what they even looked like, but that scene was so wild to me that it's stuck with me and I'm hoping to find it again just to satisfy my curiosity. Since it's been a while, it's possible this BL was also a doujinshi, so if anyone recognizes this scene and at least knows what media it came from, please let me know, it would be of great help
