For the "are you jealous of your brother as well as lover?" part, it might be a mistranslation.
I personally understood it as "are you not only jealous with your lover but with your brother as well?". Aka Jeoffrey basically calling Edward a natural vinegar pot toward all form of relationship XD
That's what I also thought, a mistranslation but either way, it did made seem natural like saying Edward was jealous so it's all good.. Calling Edward a vinegar pot is just too much but still it makes sense with his jealousy was like

Obviously Edward was jealous... but WTF was that "are you jealous if your brother as well as lover?" At first, I was like, was this a mistake?? Was this supposed to be the translators comment about that scene, or was that supposed to be "love rival"??...
Anyways, whatever I can't wait for the next chap^^
