I do find it strange how he is obsessed with her , but also find it co corning how his lied about his lifestyles , let's just hope he isn't like her ex and is just in wrong for lying about his upbringing

Honestly feel like from the snippets of his family life and childhood flashbacks that we’ve seen that it all plays a HUGE part in him not being able to properly show any emotions.

I’m going to take a guess that he was raised to suppress his emotions. We don’t know much about him yet and it could just be the author doesn’t want to or doesn’t know how to adjust his expressions to reflect what they want them to convey. It’s the vibe I’m getting at least. Sometimes you can see his shocked expression and the blush marks on his shoulders.

^^ agree with last two when it comes to expression/emotions. Plus this isn’t even the first time an expressionless/emotionless character has been written into a story. There’s many stories where such characters DO have emotions, and/or change to be more expressive. Him being that way doesn’t automatically deem him as not caring. He wouldn’t bother to be upset or beat up the dudes that bothered her at work, if that were the case.

I definitely don’t think he’s using her, simply because he has no good reason to do so. Unless the person meant the possibility of using her to awaken emotions in him he’s never felt before, then sure. But as we all can see, he doesn’t need anything from haesoo. He already has everything EXCEPT a relationship with someone who cares and loves him.

I have a feeling they met when he was in hospital , and he never forgot her at all, went out one day and saw her working and than kept following her from there on that's my guess

It screams of fans who would also fall for a toxic dude or similar to haesoo where they only care for the old memories and not who the person is now. (Like they’re hooked on the old memories and can’t get over it).
