Ight hear me out, they have evidence of one bird person saying he has memories of being an egg so I’m sure he will remember being promised by kouichi that he will be there to protect him. ALSO i totally feel for the late queen(the bird person) she too was forced to to give up her liberty and was just there to reproduce yet she wasn’t even considered to love someone else of the king fell in love as well. .. NOT TO MENTION the 5th prince deserved to be king he really wanted the role since he invested so much of his time just so that he could throw it out seems like a shitty fuck up move from their government if you ask me.. the king is also an ahole like yes you were given that freedom to love but come on talk to your kids and ask them what they want in life but noo you put your late wife in jail and she died in a cage within a cage so yeah he does deserve to die miserably.
