I admittedly like this too cause it feels fitting to have the MC get his just desserts, and insane that the ML is just as psychotic and a terrible person in the end. I may or may not continue if it gets too harsh even for a twisted story (heavy abuse is not my thing). I wouldn't view this as romance but revenge abuse porn/severe stockholm kink tbh. Reminds me of No Reason (didn't like the ending of that one) except this ML has every reason why he's doing this to the MC.
