That's my issue with these sorts of stories as well.
I'm fine if the characters slowly really fall for the other but most of these setups are just fuck buddies having the weird idea that they should call themselves a couple. It's just weird and nonsensical.
honestly the art style is nice but their relationship feels purely sexual , they're definitely not gonna last together for long..
