A lot of people will probably disagree with me but the characters aren't well written imo. The Seme feels off and the uke is sorta unlikeable in a passive way. Like I started off feeling alright about him but the more I read this story the more I felt that they've written Uke in a very annoying manner. He is insecure in a way which makes me not wanna root for him . And his reactions to a lot of situation feels very juvenile and unlike how a teacher actually is, I really can't explain myself well rn but there is something about them I find unlikeable. I wish I could convey what it made me feel but yeah. I loved the kid though, very cute. I wish they focused on raising the kid more. Both adults acted like teenagers it was so odd . Idk everything just felt inauthentic. That's my personal issue with this ig I am not the target audience for this.
The trope is very typical and old maybe that's why it's pissing me off.
I get what you’re saying. I’ve been feeling impatient and frustrated too. Like it feels like both characters are actively choosing not to prioritize their relationship… I think it might just be a cultural difference between us and the author, idk

yeah probably, I really like their art though so I read it, it's a pity that the writing felt off to me.
