THANK YOU. I agree, he likes having things under control too, wants to fool Yumin and continue being Mr. Nice Guy with no regard for her feelings as a person. His face always looks dark when his friends talk about the end of his relationship, I think he’s going to turn selfish but in the most annoying way.
That's partly why I think he's as bad as the other ex. He has the potential to be persistently obtuse. Doing shit because it's convenient for him not really thinking how badly awkward things are. Case in point, inviting MC to see his father. It's incredibly gross. Especially since I don't consider their breakup to be amicable in any way.

What irks me most abt him is he never asked why she broke up with him, not even once cuz he doesn't see that part important in this delulu formula to get back with FL, like bro when are you gonna be actually personal or open for actual emotional connection bruh, at least ML's was somewhat self aware she fked up
It's his incredibly dense and insensitive ass. Not to shade him too badly but he's so focused on the bubble of his personal life that it never occurs to him that he's hurting somebody else by his actions. It's not even a matter of him being incapable of understanding emotions. It's that he seems genuinely disinterested.
Which is why seeing him with these little flickers of confusion makes ma wanna smack him because now he's realizing it because it's affecting HIM. Honestly, not many of you would agree with me but he's just as bad as ML's ex. His utter lack of true care is deeply scarring as that toxic chick. His 'feelings' seem to just go as far as his convenience goes and that SUCKS.
I'm sure there are deeper psychological shit going on but I just don't like him.
