I agree. His trust was basically wronged. After that, you would always doubt if anything left was also a lie. It's not logical thinking, it's a emotional respond to the hurt. The wound is fresh and what to you do when you get hurt ? You fight back, you want them to be hurt too. Probably why he struck exactly where it hurt the most.
If anything, it's the most human respond that you could have if anyone encounter such event. And even worst, he have HUGE trust issue trauma that he just somewhat get over it because of this relationship. And now that ? You can't blame the man. :O
After that, they will eventually turn around because, it was a slight misunderstanding (he still lie and still wanted to hide everything) but they still love each others. So tbh, I would have been very surprised (and kind of dispointed) if he didn't had any negative reaction after knowing such thing happened.
EXACTLY, I just dislike how everyone saying he’s overreacting and doing to much, when in reality his feelings are valid.
TBH I don’t think the top is overreacting like y’all are saying. Let’s be honest if you guys found out ur lover didn’t like u in the beginning and just used u for his writing wouldn’t you’ve been hurt and heartbroken regardless, if now he has feelings for u?
I understand that the bottom has feelings for the top now but y’all gotta understand the top has been through things and now after all that finding out the man he loved used him in the beginning of their relationship. Obviously he’s gonna be hurt and break up with him. And obviously he lost trust in the bottom and can’t trust his word anymore, I mean I would too if I found that out it’s understandable.
