    My reasoning is cuz i like the characters but im also stubborn and want my happy ending asap which is why im waiting it out till things calm down before reading it

    I just don't think it's dark, it's boring. I've literally read this 'all you want is sex from me, so have me then leave!' in like 5 stories in the last week, it's just boring to me personally. That's obviously not the authors fault, it's a trope of romance genres. I loved it in BJ Alex but here it feels weak somehow. I'm not mad at the concept but the execution is a bit weak. In my opinion.
