I'm hoping that's the point. She got to learn to actually love and say how she feels and he now will need to learn to be his own person and then they can find someone else to be with. Instead of ending the story with then together as they're both toxic together
They're so tiring especially the ML. It's important to create social connections for his own mental health but he's acting like... that. Whatever. It's good that they can tolerate each other, nobody else deserves that kind of relationship. Can't believe I like the supporting characters more than both the main leads.
