I understand his side, and that he only wishes to be able to take care of his child—one who he lost and have been looking for for so many years, yet he's being too reckless. The child chose the Duke, and he should respect that—and what he did put her in danger, in which I know he didn't mean for what happend to occur yet it was still him being impulsive's fault.
