Yeah it's too similar in my opinion. Think it happened better in bj Alex too. It felt a lot more like DGs strong choice and Alex was more devastated. I dunno, I cared more in bj Alex I guess!

I gave this a try after s1 thinking it would be better and I thought this will have a different chasing arc but this is just bj alex coded just a different font...
Just like how the 2nd couple's ML met the MC and alex/jaekyung getting jealous but ut would end up making the possible 2nd ML be with the other friend of the MC. This is colored version of bj alex
