yeah,definitely,it is more wholesome than it is romantic,there's no overbearing romance but there's still obvious hints of love

like her acts of making time to deliver snacks personally to see Jiwoo even though she was always super busy,going the extra mile to train him,etc etc,these subtle acts of love, its nice to see, something that isn't obsessive infatuation
I can see romance between Jiyoung and Jiwoo from the start(from the days when Jiyoung brought snacks to Jiwoo's house).It just didn't much focus on romance.Yet you can clearly see how Jiwoo changed Jiyoung.She is not only responsible for her organization but also for Korea.So she always seems cold and distance but because of Jiwoo she became relax and smile more.For Jiwoo,he always blushes around Jiyoung,excited to see her.And here I am feeling proud cause my boy Jiwoo became taller standing next to Jiyoung.(▰˘◡˘▰)
