Whenever the black star showed up then they got a power spike. Like Shao w the water golem or Miiko w turning into a dragon when she could barely transform before. It’s definitely believable.
Yeah I already understood that they get a massive power up when the black star appears, but what I don’t understand is that they study really hard but they are still so bad at magic (even at their signature magic), it’s so frustrating ╮(￣▽￣)╭ like how does the author plan to sell me that these brat can be good at magic… that’s why I only believe the « them being manipulated » theory

Solo awakened early because he was desperate ... When he awakened it was shown that someone talks to him (might be spirit of magic or something) like he was special so he was strong
And the 12* kids might have become so powerful enough to turn the nation upside down because of forbidden magic , dark magic or something that triggers it (since this is a world of magic everything is possible )
Solo awakened when he was around 5 or 6 while it was 15 for Dante, and was powerful enough to kill people, he really is the broken protagonist really -_-''' And you tell me the 13 kids are powerful enough to turn a nation upside down while their skills are none to be found except for 3 or 4 of them ?
