This is literally what I was just thinking about, like isn’t that so unhygienic especially when someone would put their tounge in the butthole how does that work without them getting some infectious disease. I fear maybe some areas of the body should just be left untouched

Yeah I get you ╮(￣▽￣)╭ that's why we clean it thoroughly. In my case, I use bidet and I'm on a strict diet too lol. I spend 1 to 2 hrs max cleaning them (￣∇￣") you'll get used to it in no time and yeah it smells when you don't prep. Like it freaking stinks lol(〜￣△￣)〜

Well IRL... it's not as pleasant as what you see here. People prep before engaging in sodomy. I mean emptying the bowels...They clean themselves first to avoid nasty shits ( literally ) from happening.

well if ur having anal sex you clean ur butthole throughly like you get IN there. A lot of prep goes into anal sex as well it’s nothing like bl manhwas/mangas. If you have to poop before sex then you go poop or you try to. Genuinely though the chances of you pooping yourself during sex is so low. I mean I can’t say it hasn’t happened before but if it did then it would just be horrible like shit would be everywhere and I think it would be just a super embarrassing situation to be in.

Anal isn't spontaneous. There's prep that goes into it, most people make sure that they have already gone to the toilet and then properly clean themselves with an enema
