i think so! but i think she knows dylan is stringing colton along so maybe their relationship is a little strained because of that and that's why she calls him by his name. Or the author is just trying to not make it any more confusing by having her call both of them dad lol
I'm confused..is Della Dylan's daughter with Kalmen? Cuz she is Colton's sister and Della did call their Dad "Dad" but she keep calling Dylan "Dylan". Also since Dylan have dark hair I assumed they might be half siblings.
