Imo he will be forced to eat the drug and the drug manufacturer as theorized by others will be jiwoo's father and they'll find a cure/ treatment for him.
Let me guess.. Jiwoo will take the drug. It's gone a life and death situation and that's gonna be the only solution. I would even bet one of my kidneys on it.
