Can we actually take a moment to realize how well K.S portrayed things bpd, ptsd, Stockholm syndrome, etc. It was so tragically beautiful. They deserved so much better! People need to look past the Smut and focus on the actual story at hand. The author gave the characters such deep and sophisticated backgrounds that made you understand how they ended up in a situation like this in the first place, it allows you to sympathize and feel empathy for the characters. So many people mistake this for a BL when it’s a Psychological horror, so obviously it’s gonna touch on darker themes. They’re not in love they’re just trauma bonded, they had an unhealthy obsession with each other.
